There seems to be some confilicting information. The photo shown must be incorrect and cannot represent the actual converter for 2 reasons:
1 - With only one T-plug, you can only get tailights, LH turn and brake. There must be a seperate T-plug for the RH turn signal (located in the passenger side cargo area).
2 - If you look on Curt Mfgs website (not realtruck), they list it as a Curt CU-56033 3W-C3. The C3 stands for powered and circuit protected. If so it will have a converter module and wiring for an external power source.
IMHO this converter should be identical to the Professional Wiring Products version. However, without actually seeing one I cannot be entirely sure.
