Note that the new tests provide great info on Explorer, Tahoe, Expedition and Diamler Chrysler's first police model since 1989 besides the normal Crown Vic and Impala.

Still scarey how bad these cars [Crown Vic V8] [Impala a V6]perform compared to the 1990 Q.

Check out the vehicle dynamics test and see how the numbers get worse and worse after each 2 mile test [x 4 x 4 drivers] as the tires [225/60/16] heat up.

Thanks for the link!

I especially like where it says:" Special servcie vehicles are not suitable for hi speed prusuit or EMERGENCY driving"

And it lists some popular SUV's....

Raced my Interceptor against Quella at least 3 times (wife driving the Q).

Except for the first car length off the line, Quella beat the Interceptor like a rented mule. Most brutal defeat was from a 60 mph rolling start... Ugly and sad. :D

:bsface

nlzmo, radio waves are NOT sound waves. And speed has NOTHING to do with radio reception - You can't "outrun" radio waves...

Anyway, no reason for my post except to further illustrate the "Power of Q". I'd never advocate felony flight.

I dunno... If I could figure a way to hook up that turbo Swifty found, I might break Warp 1 providing I can think of a way to make a warp field generator that plugs into the cigarette lighter which would then require subspace communications to catch up with me. Damn the stupid power steering set up and our left hand drive!

BTW, nice disclaimer.
