Curious P0325 code

Okay here is the deal...please don't get up on me about my maintenance schedule. I am very good to my car and my mechanic is very good.

So recently when I start my car first time of the day and somtimes after I have been driving it will rev up to 2000rpms and drop down to 1500rpms up down up down for like 3 secons and then idle fine? Gas milage has been poor but has always been since I owned it 14mph on highway is about the only time I pay attention to that.

Last tune up was 32,000 miles seems alot not sure? but everything has been running well untill recently.

Last tune up was all Infiniti parts plugs, fule filter,cap, roter, wires including trans service and front and rear diff's serviced.

Fuel filter was recently replaced sine this tune up 32,000 ago.

So went to Autozone had codes done pulled a P0325 Knock Sensor. So how important is that and should it be done ASAP. Did try to clear codes but still shows up.

I did notice alot of pinging moise going up hills this summer but just ran Seafoam ever 3000 at oil change and ran Prem. gas..so not sure if that is the Knock Sensor failed...and how bad it could be on my engine?

Also what would be the best plugs and wires to use just curious?

How often dose the trany need to be serviced also curious? I have heard 12k and 20K so what is best? And what would be best fluid to use? Same goes for diff's?

Sorry so long just want to get this thing running real good. Don't get me wrong idle is good other then that little hicup at first.Gets up and goes kinda is weak a bit but it is a small engine in a heavy SUV so?
