Cupholder question

I read the tutorial on adding Led's to all the cupholders I just have one question. How do you get the console cupholders out? the rear cupholders simply pop out do the middle console aswell?

middle console isnt jus pulled out... the rear cupholders are...

(Hell, I wrote the damn thing!)When you pull up the center console, the cupholders & lid are held in by three or four screws underneath.
