Cube Engine Noise

If anyone looked at my previous Post about my Versa and the noise issues. I was given a cube with the same drive train CVT 1.8 engine. This car sounds almost the same in the morning. 37000 mile on it and a check engine light from enterprise.
I most say on their behalf that Weseloh Nissan has been great with this repair and have installed a new long block in my car in 2days. Gabe has been exceptional in service Dept.
But i'm scared of this Car now.

Thats what i said in my post.
My reason for posting was that. Are they Faulty or does Renault Influence effect quality?
I'm just concerned as a consumer that put 4500$ down on my versa less than 2yrs ago and it has a new engine now.
I babied this car I can't imagine if i had run the crap of it what it would be like! I'm 57 and drive conservative for the LA area.
MY 2 cents or 450,000 pennys how ever ya do the math
