So im leaking oil like crazy from this bolt, and it started happening when I took the line off to have it repaired. I reused the brass washers, and of course they are not making a seal. SO i got some circuit sports SS lines from frsport.com. These lines did not come with the washers, so im still leaking. now heres my question? What did you guys use to replace these brass washer things? I went to kragen and all they had was the copper washers for brake fittings are these the same type? The OD doesnt really matter just the ID, I also saw all the cool looking crush washers at raceplumbing.com, but of course i dont have diameters.

I got the same line from phase2motortend and it came with the washers. Are you sure you didn't throw it out by accident?

yeah, i even called them and they said, they dont send them. i got them from frsport.com . i quote " We do not send the washers, the customer supplies those". I then ask, "can you supply me with the measurements, so I can go buy the right washers". His response "email me exactly which ones you need and I will go measure them"...I was a little upset cause he was not being proactive...but at same time I was glad he wanted to help. So I found these measurments, on another site. I am unsure if they are correct.Oil supply line12mmx1.25 to -6AN union adapter-----EAR-991945

when I had that issue on an s13 blacktop I just drilled the hole out by hand and rethreaded it with a pipe threading and added a stainless steel line into the block. With two Earls connectors going into the turbo. It cost about 50.00 total mostly because of the connecors, but it made removing/installing the turbo, or manifold 10x easier. I was going to do it with the water lines but they were always easy for me to get off. I was told how to do it by a muscle car builder in south ATL. If you can find a drag shop they will have everything you need...they are infamous for that...at least around here anyways.

Where you leaking oil because of a stripped thread either on bolt or internally? Or where you leaking because you could not get a good seal because of other reasons?
