Cruse Control Not Working

My 95Q has a cruse control problem. Sometimes it will come on but will turn off after hitting a small bump in the road, then the blue light would blink. Now I can't get it to come on at all. Think it is a wiring problem or bad connection somewhere. Where is the connector located and is there a link someone has with a picture.

I'm not a cruise control expert by any means but it could be as simple as a bad (standardized) relay. Try switching the blue CC relay with the blue A/C relay in the engine compartment fuse box. It's the same relay for both components.

If that doesn't work it's above my head and you'll need to troubleshoot by following the self-diagnosis in the FSM.
