Cruise & Drivers window won't work.

I have a 92 240SX and here a while back my cruise control stop working. It will turn on and the little green light on the instrutment panel will light up but it won't engaged. Anyone know why?Also, my drivers side window won't work. It started out by making a clicking sound and I ended up having to pull it the rest of the way up while pressing the window button. Now it won't go up or down. Thank god it's in the up position or my but would be getting cold and wet. Now all it does when I mash the button is just click but no movement. Anyone have a clue whats wrong with that?
