Cruise control....

My cruise control has never worked, just getting around to trying to fix it..

I found some kind of fuse box under the hood in the front left side...

There are fuses for "ascd" "lamp check" "h/lamp washer" "aux driving lamps" "air con" and " vac pump" all of these are blue . there is also 2 black and one red and one gray...where there is sopose to be a vac pump there is no fuse thing... Does anyone know if these fuses that are blue are all the same voltage?? Trying to diagnose cruise control not working... Could this missing "vac pump" fuse cause cruise control to not work? Could I take a blue fuse out such as air conditioner and put it in the vac pump slot to see if it makes the cruise control work safety without damaging anything?


Does anyone have a way of diagnosing or common issues with cruise control?

The cruise servo I have found often gets disconnected at one or both ends and not reconnected or at least not adjusted, if you haven't already have a close look at both ends
