Well I figured I would post this for some people that may want to know how to keep their cruise control and horn, but want to get an aftermarket wheel.

Please don't comment on the horn button, i hate it too, but it came with the wheel and I lost the one I had with my last car.



Horn works, and the cruise control buttons are in the same position/order as the oem switch
