We have a '91 240sx auto trans., and the cruise has quit working. I've checked the fuses ( as near as I can get my watermelon head down there to see) and can't see one marked for the cruise. What would be the next step to track down this problem?

the cruise control servo, its wiring, and its contol unit.

the fuse for cruise may be under the hood with the relays.

one of the 2 switches on your brake pedal has probably gone out. one switch is for brake lights and the other is for ascd(auto speed control device) if your brake lights work unplug the switches one at a time till the brake lights dont work. when that happens you have found the good switch the other one is the bad one. unless you have a manual trans then the switch on the clutch pedal is the likely bad one.

No, the light does not come on when the button is pushed. Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I'll start on it this weekend.
