so, i was in a recent trip to south padre island, and got a nice straight road, so i decided to floor the rogue, to see its behavior at high speed...went 140 kph, 150 kph, and then 160 kph, then....nothing, zero, nada, no more speed...q num 1: is it really 100mph the top speed?in the same trip, i used the cruise control a lot, and when i tried to go past the 150kph mark....nothing, zero, nada, no more speed...so q num 2: is the cruise control limited to 150kph?same trip, sunroof open, speed: 160kph, decided to close the sunroof, it went almost to close, but retracted to the open position, did it a few times, and always the same result....tried to close it below 150kph, and it worked perfectly...151kps didnt work...149 did....so q num 3: is this operation normal? to not close over 150kph?thanks for looking, ill check if you guys have some input...the rogue is an SL AWD 2008

The Rogue speed limiter is around 180km/h or 110mph. It's a soft speed limiter, no fuel cut or anything, it just stops accelerating. You may get a bit lower speed depending on wind, road grade, vehicle loading etc.

Read page 5-19 of your owners manual:

"The cruise control allows driving at a speed between 25 to 89 MPH (40 to 144 km/h)"

This could have been due to air pressure within the car when travelling at that speed. The sunroof motor probably could not close against the higher air pressure. There is an anti-pinch mechanism (it works like an auto-reverse garage door opener) that will open the sunroof if it closes too slowly or jams while closing.
