Cruise Control NOT WORKING!!

Hey guys can you help me out my cruise control is not working now. I first noticed it when i turn it on the light went on and then as soon as i let the accelerator pedal go it started to slow down from 70 mph and then when it reached 60 mph or so it kinda raised up and stoped and the cruise control light came off. Any ideas to what it could be?

Kinda sounds like when the vacuum line came off on the CC solenoid thingy... might do a once over of all the fuses.....
