Cruise Control not working Altima

I tried using my cruise control on my 1996 Nissan Altima and it didn't work. The last time i used it was on an out of town trip in July. It work then, but for some reason it does not want to work anymore. If anyone has an idea as to what it might be, please let me know. Any suggestions are appreciated,

One thing you might want to check first before anything is to see if the throttle linkage to the servo assembly is connected and there is tension in the cable. b/c that had happened to me before and the only thing you need to do is to put it back down in the metal clamp that holds it in place and tighten the bolts together. if that isn't the problem then let me know.
