Cruise control issue

ok so my button on the dash works i have changed the button on the wheel. and still no cruise checked all fuses what else would cause the cruise not to work in this thing PS. i do have a knock sensor that needs changed

Have you changed the cruise button on the dash?

They're known to go bad with age, effectively rendering the cruise control inoperable.

no i have not it still lights up when you push it so i guess it to still be working or am i wrong

Mine went a few years ago. When I use to push on it, it would light up like it was working(but it wasn't). I described my problem to a infiniti service advisor, the first thing he suggested was replacing the dash switch without even looking at it. So I bought a new switch and replaced it and all of a sudden cruise started working again.

You'll need a flat edged screwdriver and fingernails. Pull straight out but be gentle. The switch will come out.

how much ya want for them would be nice to get one i know works then i know that's one part that is good if it still don't work
