I think I have found a way to get cruise to work on our RB swaps. As most of us know you simply need to mount the stock acuator and control box in it's stock location. But the problem we have all come across is there isn't a channel for the cruise cable on the throttle body. Well I have found that a 95 Pathfinder (3.0L V6) has the a throttle body with the butterflys on the righthand side of it and it's got a cruise cable on it. The throttle body looks different but the channels should swap over and work with our RB's!!! So I am off to a junkyard to find a throttle body.

Is there any problem that can't be resolved by a trip to the Junkyard?

Good luck!

I still don't know why anyone would want to have cruise control on their RB, but I will probably try to figure it out eventually, just to be able to say "everything works!"

Nice! Let us know if it works. I really want my cruise control.

Why on an RB? Same reason as for anything else. Long trips down the highway or freeway. Cruise keeps the other drivers on the road happy too...

I can understand that, but when I go on long trips I take my wifes car (automatic, with cruise control). I just don't feel comfortable with 300hp being controlled by my computer, although it is fun to watch the car make boost when you are going up hills. I guess I am just weird that way.

Does the Q45 TB have the actuator on the right side?

Q45 is not only too big (90mm) but it has the reverse voltage tps and would not just bolt up at all..

Yeah, I love watching the cruise control make boost on it's own too..haha.
