Cruise Control Connections

Not too technical, just wondering what and where exactly the back of that round cruise control actuator device hooks up to. I took it out a while back when I swapped my engine and now I want it back. You got the side with the throttle cable coming out of it and then it looks like a vacuum line connects to the other side but I can't find where it is. Can anyone direct me?
