I believe we have the power package on our 07 Sedan. It's the S model but we do have power windows and power locks, no power seats. My question is that I've noticed there's a spot on the dash for cruise control (I saw the sun reflect over where the light would be). Does this mean that it's possible the wiring is all there for cruise and I just need to get the controls (ie the steering wheel)? I've had a similar thought with the foglights...there's an area below the headlights for them...it's just plastic.

Adding cruise control and/or fog lights to the factory system is much more involved than just buying the switch to turn them on. The wiring harnesses are different between the S and SL models. In order to get the factory fog lights you would need not only a pair of the lights, the switch, but also the wiring. It would be a ridiculous effort to replace the original wiring harness with the one needed for the fog lights on the SL, so the best solution would be to run a new set of wires to them.

For the cruise control, even more is involved. It's not just the switch to the throttle body like in older cars. The cruise control is controlled by the ECU, so you are starting to talk about thousands and thousands of dollars to put the factory system in. I would give up on the cruise control idea, but for the fog lights you can find some nice aftermarket ones and run a new switch. Or, if you want to spend the money, get the factory switch from the SL and wire the aftermarket fog lights in with their own wiring harness to the factory switch. A GREAT example of some aftermarket fog lights are here: http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/instal ... ntier.html

If your S has the "power package", you should have the wiring for the foglights from the factory. If you have the wiring, there should be a plug behind the headlight taped up (on both sides). If you have the plug, you just need the switch and the lights. I have done the upgrade on my first Versa a couple years ago.

Check my YouTube page for the install... http://www.youtube.com/CanaanManley

The cruise control items are on the steering wheel contols on the right side of the wheel. As EZcheese said, they are part of the ECU. They are really difficult to add in via OEM items. I'd go aftermarket to get it done easier and cheaper.
