Crossmember wont mount up

Worked all night sunday on swapping another ka24 into my 240, drop the motor in and the crossmember doesnt line up (bout an inch short). Im using cusco sr20 mounts and a nismo transmission mount. Do a need a sr20 crossmember when using sr20 mounts? I didn't think so but I searched and couldn't find an answer, hoping someone understands whats going on and can help. I can post pics tomorrow if I needed.
