Hey guys, i have yet ANOTHER problem. P.S fluid is full yet when i turn my steering wheel a loud creaking noise is produced from under the car. My boots to the axles are ripped, i thought that might have something to do with it but im no mechanic so. I've had people tell me it's the whole steering rack, but it doesnt do it all the time. It's very selective, usually only when im tryin to pimp....i'll turn a corner and it'll go....squeeeeeeeeekkkk....lol. Well if you got any input uh....put it in! Thanks, <<<Tom>>> :rolleyes

You have to grease up your tie rods. That happend to me sounds like a creaky door right?

Yeah it sounds like a creaky door. Are there grease zurks under there? I've looked around under there a little bit and didn't see much. All i know is it's annoying as FROCK! Thanks for the advice tho, <<<Tom>>>

Have you checked to see if you strut mounts are seized?

I'd hope my strut mounts are seized... I don't want them moving LOL.

Either way you need to replace those boots (cheap fix) before you get a bunch of dirt in there. It'd also be a good time to replace tie rod ends as well. Be sure to mark the depth of the rods before you remove the old ones so the toe isn't TOTALLY outta wack.

Don't forget to get an alignment immediately after. The tie rods control your front toe settings.

Do the front mounts not have a bearing in it?
