Hey, whenever I go over a large bump my suspension creaks. Could I have blown shocks or bushings? or what?

Suspension creaks? Time to put in an SR!!! But seriously, I would say springs or bushings but shocks last.

Your engine is blown, and your transmission needs new seals.

You also could have a possible bent driveshaft and an exploded VLSD unit.

click on the link and scroll down to "S13 Front Top Bearing Mount Insulator" see if they got one for an s14 cuz it only shows for s13

my car creaks a lot, especially when i'm turning slowly like when parking or something of that nature, thats when you can really hear it.

my money is on the springs making noises. before i replaced my springs/struts i heard some creeking noises in the front like you explained. with the new springs/suspension i dont hear it. if you dont want to replace ur springs like i did try the "Suspension Techniques Coils Silencers" that PDM sells in the link that POS_S13 gave

i doubt its the bushings unless the TC rod bushings are blown, in which case u can pick up some whiteline TC rod bushings from PDM racing for $50. but beware they are very hard to install, even with a hydrolic press they can be tricky. i think its worth getting adjustable TC rod replacements that dont use bushings. try some of our sponsors to find some, but as i said before, i dont think its the bushings
