Hello All,I am a proud owner of a 2007 G35. Its been a week and I already have a creaking noise coming from the front wheel. It normally occurs after I reverse the car and then shift into drive with hard turn to the left or right. It sounds almost like something isnt doing what it should be like a loud "creak". I took the car in to my dealership to get it checked out and to my amazement it didnt make the noise then. I get the car back after a complete check and it starts making this annoying noise again. I am planning to record the noise so that I have some evidence of it when take the car in next time.

Has anyone else faced this same problem before. Any help on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for you responses

Welcome to NICO!

Not 100% sure what it is...but your car is brand spanking new...you paid ALL that $$$ for it, bring it back, tell them it is un-acceptable and they have to find it and fix it!!

Then..let us know what it was!!

Unless someone else chimes in and has had a similar experience...

search it...i think there was a suspension issue that caused creaking.

Gotta hate when the damn car doesn't make the noise for the dealer!

I had a rattle in the back passenger area and I told them to keep it until they fixed it. They did and got it back a week later with the rattle gone. I got to drive a new G sedan for the week so it didn't bother me.

You spent the money and they make the money in the service area. Take back and tell them to keep it til they fix it.

Thanks you guys for all your replies. I did the take the car back to the dealership and it did make this creaking noise at the dealership this time. The shop guy told me that the noise I am hearing is normal. Its just the ABS system that tries to lock in when I drive the car after a certain period of time. The noise is the ABS system doing a self test when I am driving at a low speed (~10mph) after the car has been parked for a certain time.

Is this true? He said most people do not hear this noise because they either have their windws rolled up or have their stereo sound up.

Thanks again you guys for all your help
