Creaking glovebox & misc

Guys,I just bought a 2k4 G35. It is fully loaded and has 27k miles on it. Had a couple of questions so thought who better to talk to.....The car drives like a dream only concerns being

1. Creaking noise from my glove box.......also the middle panel where you rest your elbow while driving is creaking .......must admit this has robbed some fun out of an otherwise awesome ride......I read some threads here on creaking glove box and will take it to the dealer........any suggestions till then

2. Mileage is just ok...its 19 hwy+city but I'm sure it can do better(93 octane)

3. These 4 leather maintanance products were liked by you guys..My leather seats are kinda dry,creased at some places. Which one of these 4 would you guys bet on?* Lexol* Leatherique* Turtle wax* Meguires

4. I have 4 brand new tubeless tires from Hancock. Has anyone here used these. Dont know if they are performance tires.

5. And last....come what may why cant I get rid of lint on the dash. I'm using micro whatever cloth.....still the same
