ok so as usual at school parking is a B!@#% so instead of driving around to find parking i wait on the side so that if someone pull out i can pull in.
After waiting for like 15 minutes a car pulls out
so i turn on my engine. then as a car pulls out a guy in a new purple camaro pulls up right beside me and does a hand jesture that says that it's his parking space.
I was like HE L L no man this is my parking space, in my mind. so knowing that the s13 has a very high turning angle i slowly cut time off while reving the engine and enter my parking space b/c it about 5 feet away.
he also revs his engine and trys to prevent me from claiming what's mine.
AS i got out the car he said this is my parking space get the F out of here. im like hell no i been waiting for this spot for 15 minutes. he then said i don't F-ing cared. Get the hell out. i said no.
Then he said you picked with the wrong russian to F!@# with he took a pic of my car with his camera phone and left. but i got down his lic. plate and reported it to police.
1)if he F!@# with my S13 what can i do to find out where this punk is with his lic. plate. lic. 5DYB559 purple camaro.
2)how would the police go about to pay for the damages
3) what are good ideas on getting justice.if he does do something.. anything welcome.

wtf is up with people and parking spaces?! Some girl wanted a parking space on campus and thought I wanted it so she backed up next to me and told me if I took her space she would take a knife and slash my tires, key my car, and then smash my windshield. The lot was overcrowded and I was just trying to get out of there. I should've written down that psycho chicks plates and reported it.

Getting a parking space in a busy lot sux. It's either you get into an accident or an arguement. Just the other day some old lady with her Cadillac almost rammed into me trying to get a handicap spot at Walmart. WTF!

haha, dont mess with da russians, we'll kill you. j/k thats pretty funny. im from russia and most of my friends are russian. but none of us drive a domestic, and all the russian people i know drive imports. muts be some loser. but yea we do think we are tougher than everyone else. on a side note, i got all my friends into 240sx. my friend alex-s14.5, serge- s13 hatch(hes the ricer of the group, with kouki tails, rims, body kit, those wierd headlights from GTP.) tim-s14 zenki. and my firend vlad is about to get his 350z track, out of the shop. woot nissan!!!
He probably wasn't even really Russian. Probably more like me; my dad has told me that my paternal grandfather's family line is from Russia (Karelia region, so the ethnicity is actually Finnish). However my family has been in America since the 1860's so I am about as Un-Russian you can get.
Even funnier to me was what my Dad told me about his High School. He said at the beginning of one year they had erased ALL of the parking lines but had not repainted new ones yet. So everyone just kinda parked best they could. The end result was 3 rows of cars, leaving a number of people trapped in the middle at the end of the day. Why am I gladded I lived in walking range of my school?

this happens in our college all the time; but ppl follow you in your car, thinking you'll leave an empty space!!! Needless to say, me and a friend made this chick follow us for 5 fricking blocks before she gave up. BTW I just always park 7-8 blocks from school w/o having to hunt for spaces and have not had any problems so far...
I have pretty bad road rage too, but a lot of the time I pretend its ok when I see who is driving. the other day some car waiting to turn left into backed-up traffic, just pulls out into my lane, I had time to stop and everything but it was blockin my lane. I got really pissed, but then the middle-aged lady who was driving opened her window and started apologizing. I was like, "it's ok." I am a wimp. (also, I learned to be careful about road rage after I basically tailgaited my neighbor because he was going slow... very suprised to find out he pulled on the same road as me later.)the parking at my college sucks @$$ too, my designated lot is over a mile away and the bus system is so unreliable I usually end up walking.But I would have taken the spot too, I mean who the hell does he think he is? You might have hurt his feelings though, he probably got back in his car and started crying.

This happened every day in winter at my high school, the snow would be just enough to cover the lines, so we would just form our own, it made for some funny mornings finding parking.

1. You can give his description to the cops, and report the incident if anything happens to your car.
2. The police are goin to pay for anything, if you can prove it was him then they arrest him and you sue him.
3. Dont be stupid, let the police handle it you never really know who you are messing with. Besides you arent exactly the intimidating date.
