It's like a message from above that I should put a VH in my 240

Yeah, but you'll still need a parts car for the ECU and accessories. Seems like a smoking deal for a brand new motor in the crate.

Didn't a NICO guy tell us about those before they went to eBay? I can't remember who it was but I almost bought one.

Sounds good but Money order & cashiers checks = scary ebay buying experience.

Just arrange for a pickup and you're set.

The total cost of installation and parts necesary to do it (properly) make it unlikely/unrealistic that anyone would replace the motor even if necessary.

But boy would it be nice to swap in a new VH .

If you could buy the engine, do all the work EXCEPT the actual swaps it would be VERY cost effective..... Putting the engine together would be really easy, maybe 2 days tops.....

You could probably get 300k with ease.....

Well, and considering the ENGINE isn't what goes bad, it's the peripherals.

Remember, NO discernable wear at 110K miles.

It's really not as bad as it looks. The second time I swapped mine it only took me three days, working by myself. Now the first time... A little practice goes a long way!

Ok, but where are the 92's out of the crate. I'd buy it in a heartbeat, install the series of secret weapons I've been collecting that you just don't install on a 261k engine and go race Rob!!

92? 92? anyone, anyone,.....
