What if i were to buy this manifold:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...&rd=1

and cut the flange off and weld on my own for my CT-26? and weld on a external wastegate flange on the side?

Is that do-able without to much stress/complications?

y not just run a t25 or t28 or even a mits. tdo5. i would stick with an internal wastegate, no need to go through the trouble

Yeah,I've always wondered about the CT26 also....someone told me it would hook up if the manifold (like the ss chrome auto) accepted T4 flanges...can anyone varify this?

I dunno but you could have a machine shop make an adaptor plate (or do it yourself) if required. changes are good you might just be able to redrill it and tap it.

Is the CT24 a T4 flange?

Also I already have the CT26 and the wastegate is ****ed so i bypassed it and plan on running a 38mm tial wannabe (which i already have)

If you can weld stainless then your all set. There is plenty of room on the collector for an external wastegate pipe to go. And definitly do what Andrave said, get the adapter plate fabbed up. Hell make one your self if you have a jig saw and a die grinder. But a machine shop would be a better option.

You don't wanna cut the collector up, cause if your good enough to weld up the collector, you might as well fab your own manifold.

Yes but in order to change the turbo mounting flange you'll have to cut the flange off of the collector and re weld it. Which is not so easy and is a criticle part of the mani.
