Getting the wheels spinning isn't the problem...the problem is the fact that you're gonna have the equivalant to about 450HP pushing you backwards at that speed, so unless your engine is putting out that much, you're going to be accelerating backwards.Once your engines power matches the force per second pushing you backwards, it's physically impossible to accelerate further.
But back to the point, if you want a really high speedo, go for it. But isn't the speedo labeled in KmpH?If you're actually concerned about knowing how much faster you're going above the speed limit, beyond what the stock speedo says, I think Apexi makes a neat little dohicky.
