crazy high idle with my sohc 5300rpm idle! help

yes.. my car is idling crazy high. i have a video, just click the link and go to the very bottem. i really need this fixed. it use to be a perfect car. 100 percent stock. theres a buzzing noise comming from the back of the engine when the key is on the "on" position, maybe iacv? idk.

hahahahha!!!! yes, i fix it. the throttle body was stuck open. thanks tho
