56 mb??

I admit, parts of it are entertaining, but they could have spared us the star wars text and a lot of the blah blah in the middle and made a 10mb version with all the interesting stuff.

Holy crap. That car ran at WOT w/ no oil and no coolant for 24 minutes!!I went to a car show once where every year they would take some car and do that, drain the oil & coolant, and put a brick on the gas and take bets as to how long it would run. Up until the year I went the record was a Dodge pickup with a slant six, ran for like 15 minutes, the year I was there an 83 Toyota Tercel broke the record, ran for almost 20.

So that's what that type of "wing" is for... I'm talking about the beating of the crap out of the car it came off of part in the middle, not the flying theory

the slant six is one hard to break motor, but then you have a toyota.

wonder how long the fabled 22r would go?

Where did they get that car? I didn't see if it said or not...

No car should be treated like that :( even if it is a honda

Why not pills? Its just a car :D I think they bought it at an auction though. That idea is similar to one I've had, where my friend and I buy two metro's, civics etc, whatever is cheapest from an auction or a junkyard then in the middle of the night, play bumper cars! I think it'd be awesome as long as you had a few simple rules such as no head on collisions, no drivers side t-bones, and no speeds >15mph. We should wait until I get a welder though so I can weld in some good ol' junkyard safety features :)

LOL Nathan, I'm pretty sure you could get some tires or something to put around the cars so the bumps wouldn't be THAT bad. Be quite fun though.

Hmmmm....

I have mixed feelings on this one. That car COULD have made good transportation for a single mom or a person returning to work from the welfare rolls.

If those guys can vandalise that Honda and laugh about it, they'd probably think nothing of vandalising someone else's car...

As far as I'm concerned, that car :owned them. 24 minutes with no oil/water and after a beating like that? Good engineering.

Hope they're all very proud of themselves. :rolleyes

Well, my understanding is they actually bought that car, from a junkyard or a low dollar auction. Chances are good it was headed to the graveyard anyway, at least this way it got one more big use out of it...Sorry Greg, I forgot your affinity for the little Honda's ;)

LOL - No problem bro - 2nd-gen CRX's weren't my thing.

But I still think it could have been put to good use.

I was OK with the jumping part. It's fun and I've done it myself to my '86 Ford Tempo. Breaking all the windows, doors, ect, I could have done without. But I was VERY impressed with that motor. All I can say is GO HONDA!!! Wow...

Break stuffs at work all the time but I get attached to my tools, a car in this case, because I am ****ed with out them. It's wrong to destroy a tool purposely. I can understand driving crazy, I can understand shifting at redline. But I just don't understand abusing a car like that. But that's just me.
