crashed and new build (thread)

ok so i hit some ice and went off the road into a ditch, end over.











this was two weeks ago today.

i stripped it.





i got a new chassis on monday for $500. black chuki coupe with no engine. 2nd owner.

the build began:





























this is how she sits now as of yesterday. mods are kazama subframe spacers, tanabe sustec pro 5 coils, gtr pass. seat, sr turbo, fmic, arp studs, cometic gasket, spec stage 2 6 puc, gtr fuel pump, q45 front brakes, gts steering wheel, 180sx swaybar, kouki 180sx glovebox, b&m short shifter, enkie mesh.

it's been a long week.

Sorry about your hatch man. The coupe looks great though. Are you going to swap it to RHD, or are you keeping it normal? Haha sucks having a gtr passenger seat. Good luck with the rest of the build.

So...How do you like driving a LHD 240 instead of a RHD one? When I switched back, For some reason I like it more now.

im not going to convert this one to rhd. it was weird the first few days, but im used to it now. just drifting is gonna be weird again untill i get the hang of it. next is probably a bucket and harness on the drivers side.

Great...yet another pink CA. I miss like 4-5 years ago when I was the only one. Clean car however! Just makes me want to repaint my engine.

On a side note, I had a drunk total my coupe to a similar degree and I did a chassis swap to a hatch. Haha. Weird.

lol. i actually like this car better than the rhd one. it's so much more comfortable. ive always wanted pepto bismall pink valve covers. i claybard the car lastnight at work. it come out awesom, just need to wax and buff. (i hate that) lol oh and im getting a black pignose bumper for it. (i disllike chuki) also throwing the lip on too.
