Crappy idle

Alright im having idle problems with my 1989 240sx.

So far i removed my egr and butterflies i have all the vaccum lines connected is there any electronics that i have to disconnect because i got ride of the egr?

i can take a picture of the set up tomorrow around 12 and post a pic if needed

Not really, but are you sure that all the lines are capped and there isn't a vacuum leak?

yea ive replaced both the lower pleum gasket and the manifold gasket. Im waiting on a egr gasket from the nissan dealership im going to remove all those lines and cap everything.

Whats a good way to check for vaccum leaks? without using carb cleaner because my motor is paint.. and the shop i brought it to sprayed it and ****ed it up so i had to do it again..

We'll is the leak was a big one you could probably hear it. But check the hose for the iacv.

it will start and die off. it wont idle. i have gotten it to idle but that was when it was warmed up and it was idling at 2.8k =/
