19x9.5" rims will they fit?

So, just messing around I put a bid on some 19x9.5" axis power wheels with a +40 offset. I am currently the lead bidder with somewhat of a large gap between the others. Grr. Anyway, will they fit? I am not going to put stretched tires either. What tires would I even get? Dang it.

Thanks, I love the way your car looks. But I ended up losing the auction. Perfectly fine with me. 19" tires are expensive. Ended up getting a set of 18" altima coupe SR wheels. So, will be looking for wheels for that. Found some michelins that should do the trick. 900 bucks for them though....ugh. THe price to pay.
