Crankshaft sensor trouble?

Hi, My 05 Altima 2.5 cyl recently started stalling when stopping at traffice lights, hesitating at hwy speeds and was getting harder to start, so I changed the crankshaft sensor on the back of the motor block (pain to get to) and now the stalling is gone and no more hesitation on the hwy but its still hard to start. And still getting the same P0335 and P0725 codes? Should I get a sensor from the dealer since I got mine from Advance Auto or is there something else going on? I cleaned the connectors although they were clean and wiped a lot of oil out of the hole where the old sensor was.
