Crankshaft rotation question

dumb question but which way does the crankshaft spin clockwise or counter?

Are you serious??? Why don't you just turn on any car and look at the pulley???

The crank turns too fast to see which way it turns.

Anyways, pretty much every motor you'll work on turns clockwise. Honda is the only manufacturer I can think off the top of my head that makes motors that spin counter clock.

well i would turn it on if the motor wasnt out of the car on a stand getting rebuilt
