crankshaft removal

So Im in the process of rebuilding my CA and I purchased a block with a crank and no rods but I need to take the crank out so that it can be balanced and all of that good stuff can someone please point me in the right direction to get this SOB off

? read nissan repair manual first.undo the "main girdle" and it will be free.

not that simple.

heres a proper responce.

1. download the fsm in the stickies, look at the EM section.

things that will need to be removed.

crank timing gear(which can be a pita, my method is drill the gear tap it and use a timing gear puller) oil pump and pickup, rear main seal , gridle and main bolts.

thats a rough overveiw but should put u in the right direction.
