Trying to remove the crankshaft pulley for water pump install.

What size 6mm bolts do i need for the pulley? Or is it better to get the "spider" puller.

Only thing I could find at autozone and pepboys and sears are the duck foot looking ones.

Duck foot ones work fine as well, and IIRC it's just a standard M6x1.0 bolt on either side. You can also use a claw style. Be sure to clean off the crank OD where the pulley slides on after you get it off, then apply a thin coat of antiseize so it slides of much easier next time. I can pull it off by hand after using the antiseize. It's still safe though because of the 180ft/lbs (or whatever ungodly number it is) of torque on the crank bolt.

If you end up using a claw style puller whether it's a 2 or 3 claw makesure you grip off of the thick part of the crank pulley, not the first thin lip. Or else it will crack very easy.
