My mechanic just now took apart my heads only to find that the top two camshafts are noticeably rusted, what happened was the oil and water mixed, it sat like that for a few months before I bought it. I was wondering if anyone has seen this issue, what I should do? or where I can get them cleaned? Maybe even if anyone has any camshafts laying around from an old N/A that would be cool too. Like I said its only the top two that have the problem the bottom two look fine.

Thanks for any and all advice/input.

Best bet for cleaning them is wd40 and a scotch bright pad. Be gentle and use lots of wd so that you don't scratch them up.
