Crankshaft Bolt for 1991 V6

Help please changing the water pump and I need to remove the lower pulley. What size is the socket to fit the crankshaft bolt. Socket size not bolt size.

27mm. Please make sure you have a jaq-type pulley puller to remove the pulley from the crank.

Ramius thanks for the info. It'll get me back on track. Does the timing gear have to come off with the pulley or will it stay in place if I don't need to take it off?
