ha, most people's guide on changing main bearings is entitled: Buy a New Motor
more than likely you didnt spin a "crank" bearing, or main bearing, you spun a rod bearing. and even more likely than that is that you spun the number three rod bearing.
it's easy....
rip the motor out and flip it upside down
pull the front cover off and the rear main seal
unloosen the main crank bearing girdle in a few steps
pull that crank out
unloosen all the bearing caps from the rods and pull those too
now you have to consult your FSM to see the procedure on checking the grades for which bearings you need to order from nissan
or you can order whatever and then use plastigage to see if they actually fit....
if you honestly think you are just gonna replace one rod bearing its only like 12 bucks or less from Nissan, but since you are already in here you'll probably want all new main and rod bearings
i wanted this to be as simple as possible to trick you into doing it, i think most people would just buy a new motor
i bought a new motor, and then threw new bearings in it, and if the grades match i might even use some of the old bearings in the motor that i spun a rod bearing in.
When mine spun it welded itself to the rod, so you might need an extra one of those too....
