ok i did some searching, and now im going to ask-- one what cranks will work with the ka24de, i heard of vibration problems with the current ones. Two or will just gettting the crank balanced do the job, or will it ultimately shake the **** out of itself? This would be for a turbo kat application. Thanks for any info flaming retarded answers or none at all.. :D

What are you hoping to do with it? If you want to replace the crank be prepared to pay a LOT for a custom one to be made and for machine work to be done. The stock crank is extremely sturdy and I haven't heard any complaints from anyone after they rebuilt their engine and had everything balanced of vibration. Unless your looking to regularly rev 7k+, or make an insane amount of power I wouldn't even consider it. If you ARE planning on revving 7k+ regularly, I'd look somewhere other than the KA ;)

i would like to make alot of power- i just purchased an extra ka24de and im tearing it down now "in spare time after school and work" and i want to do everything right the first time and everything that wold be needed to accomplish the goals i have as i go. This can't be an over nighter for me-" i wish" anybody that can i love it must be nice - but i have a beater thats reliable and im dumping all my checks that dont go on classes into my 240 motor firsst evything else second. Just some R the R&D will be later but since alot of yall are ahead of me on that process i asked. I want at least 600 out of the ka platform reliably as possible. Revving higher would be a concerne if i planned on getting a larger turbo than i plan on to allow for more play time. But thanks for the response and the ones i got on my email .. mark
