Well if you have been cranking and cranking the engine it's possible you fouled the plugs or flooded the engine with the amount of fuel being put inthe cylinders.

Pull out the spark plugs and make sure they are in good condition.

Check and make sure the injectors are actually spitting fuel and that you're getting spark to all the cylinders.

Check the ECU for codes

Start with the easy things first

How do you know you have spark? And that your injectors are firing? The fuel pump turning on doesn't mean the fuel is getting to the cylinders

Did you put the voltmeter on the connector while someone was cranking it to see if it spikes to 12v when it's supposed to fire.Check for any loose connections on the harness. You said you already tried swapping out the ECU so it's gotta be something in the wiring or a timing issue.I'm actually not sure what the injectors are told to fire off of, I'm assuming the CAS

the injectors get a constant 12v and the ECU grounds out the injector to fire them. recheck your wiring if you already swapped ecu's and check the CAS

My cas was also replaced I tryed grounding pin 116 the injector ground wire and still nothing I really don't wanna pull out the whole harness for a broken ground but I guess what I have to do is there any way of ground it another way

Check and make sure your timing is dead on if you had the cas removed
