cranks but no ecu light, no spark, and no injectors firing

hi guys i just bought a b14 project with an sr20de motor. i wired up the motor and connected up all the plugs on the wire harness except 2 or 3. the 2 or 3 not connected are for the powersteering and the AC which i disabled. the car cranks and everything but will not turnover. I noticed that the ecu light does not display. the ecu is good. and i have no spark. all my fuses in the inside of the car are good and all are plugged in. and i know that i am missing a few of the relays/fuses maybe 3 in the 2 fuse boxes located near the battery in the engine bay on the right side. does this have to do with why the cars not givving spark and the ecu light is not lighting up? and does anyone have a diagram of the relay boxes that are located in the engin bay because mine did not come with the car.

Check the FSM for wiring diagrams, etc. Link is in my sig. Its very possible you are having the problems you are having due to missing relays and fuses.
