I have a leaking crankcase ventilation tube. Has anybody had any experience with these? I basically just need to know if I can replace it with basic tools, or will a machine shop have to press it in our something? Here is a picture of it incase you might need to see it. TIA

thats might be a press in item man..sorry but you dint explain where its leaking from..is it excessable for a welder to braze the leak shut?..if not..you might consider cuting out the old tube and threading a fitting like a npt-to-hose barb fitting in its place..just an idea..good luck

The yellow circleed tube, where it goes into the block is where its leaking from.

I found out that its not where it goes into the block, the actual metal tube has a small crack in it. I will see what some hi-temp silicon will do and go from there.
