How do I get that thing off with out damaging anything? I have a new one so I'm not worried about the old one. It seems like its pressed on there pretty good. Oh yeah and the crank is out of the block. (if that makes a difference)

pulley puller? I'm trying to get the lower timing sproket off. If you do use the pully puller how exactly would I do it? Is it just pressed on there?

oops didn't see sprocket. pull it off with a bit of motor oil to help loosen it up a little.

then what? Stick a board on the sprocket and knock it off with a mallet or something? Also how do I put it back on? Do I need to do it with some kind of press?

when mine stuck, I just poured motor oil over the sprocket and the shaft of the crank. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and start wiggling the sprocket around. It should pull right off. If not, try using using a screw driver behind it to get some leverage to make it move around a little bit.

Putting it back on is just push it back on.
