i have a problem with my crank i had the bottem rebuilt 2 years ago and the shop said they put it togther right with new bearings threw out but i had a new clutch put in and my buddie has a shop heard a grinding noise took the pan off and saw that the crank was wore really bad and now tore apart i had a front mane seal go out and replaced it it never really got low on oil i was just wondering if there has been anybody who had just oil problems or crank problems that are well known and will the ca18de crank work i thought some said it will and any idea were i can get one cuz the junk yards here cant find one

Was it a main journal or a rod journal that was damaged?

Yes, a CA18DE crank will work just fine, but you should be able to have that crank turned down and have over sized bearings installed.
