Stuff you'll need: 27mm socket with ratchet, pipe, small flat screw driver, rubber mallet, 6" pulley puller
1. Remove the lower part of the fan shroud, it'll make your access to the bolt for the crank easier. 2. put your car into 5th gear3. put the 27mm socket with the ratchet on the socket. Put the pipe on the ratchet or breaker bar and bust that bolt loose and loosen the bolt almost out.4. put the pulley puller on and get that crank pulley off5. small screw driver time, pry at the rubber seal, be careful not to scratch the metal surrounding the seal.6. now that you've got that front crank seal off, stare in amazement at how easy it was.7. position your new one and tap it in nice and gentle with the rubber mallet. Make it flush with the front cover.8. put the crank pulley on, might help to clean the bugger now too, I'm sure there'll be it's fair share of road grime and gunk in there. Afterwards, it might help to spray some wd-40 on the inner part of the pulley where it meets up with the crank so it'll go on a bit more smoothly.9. tighten the bolt to 110 ft/lbs10. put your fists on your hips and laugh triumphantly so your neighbors think you're weird.
