Crank pully/ Harmonic balancer ?'s

So my harmonic balancer/ crank pully is in some rough shape. Its rusted and got a couple chips in it, not sure from what but I would like to replace it. I can't find one at autozone or napa and the "performance" ones are like 500 dollars sounds nuts to me. So does anybody have any recommendations or should I just take a wire wheel to mine and paint it?

Theres a group on ebay called over rev pulleys. They have the CA pulley for 85 hope it helps

They look nice do you have any experience with them and do you know if they come with the factory timing marks?
