Like has already been said, go rent a pulley puller from autozone. Its a claw that hooks the sides of the pulley, and has a long bolt in the middle. Screw your crank pulley bolt into the block, but leave it a little loose. Slip the claw/hook of the puller over the pulley, center the pullers long bolt, and tighten it down. As the pullers's bolt tightens against your stock pulley bolt, it will pop the crank pully right off with usually very little effort.
