I searched on NICO but couldn't seem to find anything on this. Initially when I looked at the crank pulley I thought that the small bolts held the harmonic balancer in place. I just found out that they hold a front pulley insert.

So my question: Is the harmonic balancer integrated into the pulley, or is it something that comes out? If so how? If I want to get the pulley coated will there be any harm to the harmonic balancer if it cooks at 400*F? I don't see any rubber parts but you never know.

Please advise and thanks in advance.

Nick.

Man that sucks. I'm was planning on coating all the pulleys, but I may need to just spray the crank pulley.

Thanks for the info.

Nick
