I'm wondering if the Crank Pulley off the SOHC will be useable on the DOHC. I'm pretty sure when i rebuilt the last motor in the shop, i put the SOHC pulley on by accident. Although it looks the same and fits fine, i just wanted to make sure. Also if they are interchangeable, wouldnt the aftermarket underdrive pulleys be also? SOHC underdrives seem to be cheaper for some reason?

IDK, I was wondering the same thing. Noone else here knows or seems to care (which can be typical sometimes ). Why don't you try to interchange them and let us all know for sure.

As far as i can tell they are exactly the same. To the point that when i was building the motor i just grabbed one off the self. No noticeable difference, same timing marks and such. My only concern is that it may line up with the acc. pulleys differently. If so its no big deal to get off. I still personally think they are identical, but for peace of mind i would like to hear it from someone else
